Deliver Wellness: Leverage the Game-Changing Power of Online Fulfillment

When I set out two years ago to equip our customers with the ability to deliver more of our trusted products directly to their patients while strengthening their bottom line, I didn’t know how I would do that. All I knew was that our customers were asking for it.

Now, as we launch our new fulfillment service this month (which happens to line up with the anniversary of the Model T), I borrowed an ace from Henry Ford’s deck. With answers from a lot of smart people, including a top-notch fulfillment service, attorneys familiar with laws governing healthcare product sales, web development experts, and trusted customers to beta-test our site, we have built a win-win service for our chiropractors and patients alike.

Clinicians can now offer patients all the products they love and trust for online purchase at a discount from retail, and patients can have the products shipped directly to their homes. The clinician won’t have to do marketing, stocking, storing, or processing.

Participating chiropractors will receive about 10% to 15% of the proceeds based on a unique QR code they provide patients to use when ordering — significantly more than the 2% to 3% commission Amazon offers its affiliates. Chiro1Home’s product offerings have been curated to include our most popular items, and the website will carry all the sizes, colors, and product variations patients might want.

Another important benefit is that Chiro1Home allows chiropractors to monetize their email lists and social media connections. We will provide our customers with an affiliate link to promote the service across email, Facebook, and other social media platforms. Clinicians who refer other chiropractors to the service will receive an additional bonus.

Also, users of Chiro1Home can take pleasure in knowing that they are doing well while also doing good! With every purchase, we will donate 10 meals to Feeding America, a nonprofit network of 200 food banks and 60,000 meal programs for people in need.

Chiro1Home is designed to solve a longstanding problem for chiropractors. Many have posted strong sales of popular products like Archie’s Footwear, CBD gummies, and posture-support devices but lack the support staff, merchandising space, and storage capacity to leverage the popularity of these and other products. Dozens of chiropractors have asked us for a website they could send patients to to buy trusted products directly—and we listened.

Chiro1Home will also help chiropractors re-engage via email with inactive patients, generating revenue and potentially motivating them to resume treatment. Ideally, our customers can cover most or all of their overhead costs through online product sales, sending the revenue from all the adjustments they provide patients straight into their pockets!
