These are gel ice packs that can be used for both hot and cold therapy. They are perfect for injuries such as knees, shoulders, feet, ankles and more. Our gel packs are the perfect reusable medical ice packs that stay flexible when frozen.

For cold therapy place pack in freezer for 1 to 2 hours and for heat therapy place pack in microwave for 30 seconds.
